Refund & Return Policy

At The Happy Tail Co™, we want you and your furry friends to be 100% happy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

• Returns: You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

• Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please send us a photo of the item to support@thehappytailbrand.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will send a replacement immediately at no extra cost.

• Refunds: Once we receive your item and inspect it, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
