1. How long does shipping take? At The Happy Tail Co, we strive to process your orders within 1-3 business days. For our customers in the USA, estimated delivery is 7-15 business days. International shipping may take 10-20 business days depending on your location.

3. What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return window. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging.
